I offer online counselling sessions designed to meet you where you are and support your journey toward growth and well-being.

• Free 15-Minute Consultation: A brief, no-cost chat to answer your questions, hear about your goals and see if we’re a good fit.

• 50-Minute Session: $150

• 25-Minute Session: $75

• Clinical consultations for mental health professionals 60-minute session: $150

• Virtual counselling services are available to clients located in British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Services are provided under my Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of each jurisdiction.
